CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure appointment availability and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation. Emergency Situations • We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Naptime Electrolysis in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
